 STEP 1 - Click on the "GET STARTED" button  located on the
               home page to signup or login to begin the online                      process.  

 

STEP 2 - Select reports & additional items, then proceed
              to checkout to pay by credit card.  Second opinion
              services must be prepaid.  To pay by check, please
              follow the Mail In instructions found on the home
              page.
            

 

 

STEP 3 - A "FILE REQUEST" via Dropbox will be emailed
            to you to upload images & documents to a secure
            cloud-based, HIPPA compliant, file storage folder
            created specifically for you.  CDs of the images can be
            mailed to our office as well.

STEP 4 - Receive your report within 48-72 hours of
               submission.
